FIT INDIA movement

Very good morning children,today I am going to tell you about Fit India Movement ..

Fit India Movement is a nation wide in India to encourage people to remain healthy and fit by including physical activities and sports in their daily life.

It was launced by the honourable Prime Minister at Indira Gandhi Stadium in New Delhi on 29 August 2019(National Sports day) .

According to this program you are direct to do the regular exercise in the morning as well as in the evening too , but it is found that only few students are going to do the regular exercise and rest have became lazy.

Once again you all are being remaind that manage the time for the excercise and include it in their daily routine and became an example of an Ideal students.

There are two excercises ..

1.Streching 1

2.Streching 2

Class 4th and 5th complete one excercise for 50 times and take rest for 5 min and then go to the second one.

Class 6th , 7th and 8th should complete one excercise in 100 times and take rest for 2 min then go tp the second one.

Note:- please , do these excercises at home only, stay at home , wash your hands at regular interval at eat healthy food if possible make routine for your daily life and follow it and stay safe.
