Answer:1) health is not merely absence of disease or informity because health includes a person's physical, mental, and social well being.

2) Growing childrean need more carbohydrates and proteins as compared to old people because in children the rate of growth and development is fast and for this proteins (body building food) and carbohydrates( energy giving food are neccessary.

3) junk food has very little nutritional value because it does not contain essential nutrients, they are manly synthesised by baking or frying

it also contain fatty substances that increases calories.

4) A person cannot remain fit if he is clean but its surrounding is dirty because  most of the vectors of several diseases breed in dirty surroundings. For example , mosquito that cause malaria breed in sever, drains, etc.

5) diabetic patients should avoid food rich in starch and sugar because the blood sugar level in diabetic patients is already and eating food rich in starch and sugar will also increase the sugar level . this will adversely affect his health.
