3(9 +  \frac{y}{3}  )+ 4y =  - 6

3(9 +  \frac{y}{3} ) + y =   \frac{ - 6}{4} 3×9+y+y= -3/2

3×9 + 2y= -9/2

27+2y = -9/2

2y = -9/2 -27

y= -9/2 - 27/2

y = -9-27/2

y = -36/2

y = -18

i hope this will help u
