                                              22 × 784
                                                = 17284
now in the second shape only shape will be changed and the volume will be same-
∴ volume of new shape = πr²h
                                       =22/7 × 14 × 14 × h = 17284  [ 14=new base radius]
                                             = 616 × h = 17284
                                                   h = 17284/616
                                                      h = 28 [approx.]
S.A of old shape = 2πrh  + 2πr²
                         2 x 22/7 x 28 x 7     +    2 x 22/7 x 28 x 28
                             1232   +      4928
                                 =6160

S.A of new shape = 2πrh  +   2πr²
                              = 2 x 22/7 x 14 x 28    +      2 x 22/7 x 14 x 14
                                   = 2464   +   176 
                                        = 2640

∴ ratio of both S.A  = 6160 / 2640
                                  = 7 : 3
