4(x+3y)² - 28(x+3y) +49

Substituting (x+3y) by m,

4m²-28m+49

4m²-14m-14m+49

2m(2m-7)-7(2m-7)

(2m-7)(2m-7)

resubstituting the value of m by (x+3y)

[2(x+3y) -7 ][2(x+3y) -7 ]

(2x+6y-7)(2x+6y-7)

HEY MATE HERE'S UR ANSWER

4(x+3y)2 − 28(x+3y)+ 49

=[2(x+3y)]2 − 2{2(x+3y)}(7) + (7)2

=[2(x+3y) − 7]2

[as, a2−2ab+b2 = (a−b)2]

=(2x + 6y − 7)2

=(2x + 6y − 7)(2x + 6y − 7)

PLEASE MARK AS BRAINLIEST. I HOPE THAT I WOULD LIKE TO HELP YOU AGAIN.
