 \frac{ { (- 2})^{3}  \times  {( - 2)}^{7} } {3 \times  ({4})^{6} }  \\  \\  =  \frac{( - 8 )\times ( - 128)}{3 \times 4096}  \\  \\  =  \frac{1024}{12288}  \\  \\  = 0.0833

a^m×a^n=a^(m+n).......(if base is same then add the index power )

=(-2)^10
