See the attachment. I have tried my best. You just need to put the value accordingly. Check if the answer is correct since I have done it in just 30 secs.

x = 6y                    --------------------- [ 1 ]

x - 4 = 10( y - 2n)   --------------------- [ 2 ]

x + 12 = 3(y + 6n)   --------------------- [ 3 ]

Substitute [ 1 ] into [ 2 ] and [ 3 ]:

6y - 4 = 10( y - 2n )     --------------------- [ 2a ]

6y + 12 = 3( y + 6n )     --------------------- [ 3a ]

From [ 2a ] :

6y - 4 = 10( y - 2n )

6y - 4 = 10y - 20n

4y = 20n - 4

y = 5n - 1              -------------------- [ 2b ]

From [ 3a ]:

6y + 12 = 3( y + 6n )

6y + 12 = 3y + 18n

3y = 18n - 12

y = 6n - 4        -------------------- [ 3b ]

Equate [ 2b ] = [ 3b ]:

5n - 1 = 6n - 4

n = 3

Answer: n = 3
