1. draw a line of 11 cm

2. 1 unit behind to it

3. now draw its perpendicular bisector from point you have taken a unit behind

4. now draw it as like semi circle

5. now cut arc from piont of bisector and join the arc from line segment must be perpendicular

6. extend the line and from the perpendicular line draw an arc which will cut on that line now where it cutes

it will be between 3-4
