HELLO DEAR,

LET

(X-Y)=P-----------(1)

(x+y)=q------------(2)

q/5-p/4=7/20-----------(3)

q/3-p/2= -5/6---------(4)

from (3)&(4)
multiply by (1/2) in---(4)

we get,

q/5-p/4=7/20
q/6-p/4= -5/12
- + +
___________
(q/5-q/6)=7/20+5/12

q/30=(84+100)/240

q/30=184/240

q=(184*30)/240

q= 23 put this value in (4)

We get,

23/3 - p/2= -5/6

(46-3)/6=-5/6

46-3p= -5*6/6

46-3p= -5

3p=51

P=17

From (1)

(X-Y)=P=17

x-y=17------------(5)

From(2),

(x+y)=q=23

x+y=23------(6)

From (5)&(6)

x-y=17
x+y=23
__________
2x=40

x=20(put in (5)

We get,

20-y=17

y=20-17

Y=3 & x=20

I HOPE ITS HELP YOU DEAR,
THANKS
