We know that only a more reactive metal can displace a less reactive metal from its aqueous solution.

First reaction is possible, as zinc is more reactive than Copper. So it will displace Cu from CuSO4 and form ZnSO4.


Second reaction is not possible as Iron (Fe) is less reactive than zinc.

Third reaction is possible because zinc is more reactive than iron, so it will displace Fe from FeSO4 and form Zn SO4 solution.
