TOPIC: benifits of morning walk
morning walk is very good to our health and it is king of excersice.we stay fit and energitic.daily morning walk refreshes our body,mind.we can enjoy the nature and fresh air. daily morning we see chirping birds,pleasing weather,crows on the trees,fresh air etc... these all things refreshes our mind and we feel comfort.it is very good to walk daily in the early morning.
