21^13/6

STEPS TO SOLVE :

GIVEN :

 {21}^{ \frac{2}{3} }  \times  {21}^{ \frac{3}{2} }

Multiply the terms with same base by adding their exponents

 {21}^{ \frac{2}{3} +  \frac{3}{2}  }

Add the fractions

 {21}^{ \frac{13}{6} }

NOTE :-

Surd is a form of irrational number.

Surds can't be changed in the form of whole numbers.

Surds cannot be simplified as whole numbers.

Study the laws of exponents perfectly.

Multiply the numbers and radicals correctly.

Observe the positive and negative signs while calculating.

If there are same bases while multiplying 2 numbers , make them common as a single base.
