2/7{14x²x(-5x²)+14x²x(-3y²)+(-21y²)(-5x²)+(-21y²)(-3y²)]

{mulitply each term of 14x²-21y² by -5x²-3y². Leaving 2/7 outside as it is.}

2/7 {-70x^4-42x²y²+105x²y²+63y^4} {here x²*x²= x^4 since a^m*a^n = a^m+n]

2/7{-70x^4+63x²y²+63y^4} {-42x²y² +105x²y² can be added because these two are like terms. so after adding we get 63x²y²}

now multiplying each term with 2/7 we get

2/7*(-70x^4)+2/7*(63x²y²)+2/7*(63y^4)

-140x^4/7+126x²y²/7+126y^4/7

now dividing by 7 we get

-20x^4+18x²y²+18y^4

Hope this helps you out.
