First take out the volume of bowl which will be equal to volume of 72bottles minus the 10% of wasted water. You will get the height of the cylinder

☸️ volume of Hemisphere :-
 \dfrac{2}{3} \pi {r}^{3}

☸️ Volume of cylinder :-
\pi {r}^{2} h

☸️ volume of 72 cylinders = volume of liquid left after transfer.

So,
72\pi {r}^{2} h =  \frac{2}{3} \pi {r(hemisphere)}^{3}
