• You need to take out Resistance of conductor A and B seperately.
• You will need to take out Cross Section Area, by formula of circles' area.
• Conductor A is a solid wire but Conductor B is a hollow wire.
• Take out resistance of both wires and then devide them.
• Get value of A in terms of B.
• Take out Resistance in series and parallel combination and then replace value of A by terms of B.
• Divided Resistance of series by Parallel and obtain the ratio.
