Answer is ( 4 ) .

Because it contains two electron withdrawing groups around \mathtt{CH_{2}} and this \mathtt{CH_{2}} group is called active methylene group and its hydrogens are acidic .

The reason is the same I accidently put there 3 sorry for that ..
