we need to prove that

PE = PF

Consider triangle PEA n triangle PFA

angle PAE=angle PAF (given AD as bisector)

angle PEA=angle PFA= 90°( given PE and PF r perpendicular)

AP=AP(common for both triangle)

therefore by ASA congruence rule

triangle PEA ~= triangle PFA

PE=PF( corresponding sides of congruent triangle C )

Hence proved.
