Area of given figure is : 261
First of all,
Construct a line CE perpendicular to AB

Then area of square AECD= 23×9 =207m^2

Then , area of triangle ECB AD=CE=9m

by Pythagoras theorem, we get EB=12m

by formula 1/2×base×height we get area of triangle = 54m^2

Area of square + area of triangle = ( 207 + 54)m^2

= 261m^2

is it right??
