We have

$\frac{x}{10} + \frac{y}{5} = - 1$

and

$\frac{x}{8} + \frac{y}{6} = - 1$

Solving them a little we have

=> x + 2y = -10 -----(1)

Similarly

=> 3x + 4y = -24 ------(2)

Multiplying (1) with 2

=> 2x + 4y = -20
