if \:  \alpha  \: and \:  \beta  \: are \: the \: zeros \: of \: the \: quadratic \: polynomial \: f(x) = 6 {x}^{2} + x - 2 \: find \: the \: value \: of \:  \frac{ \alpha }{ \beta } +  \frac{ \beta }{ \alpha }
