Hey Friend!!!!!!

Answer:

(2) 4n+5 is the correct option.

4n+5 is the correct option.4n+5 can be the nth term of an AP.

Explanation:

(1) In 4/n+2

let n=1

∴t1 =4+2=6

let n=2

t2 =4/2+2= 2+2= 4

let n=3

∴t3 =4/3+2 =10/3

here,

t2-t1= 4-6 = -2

t3-t2= 10/3-4= -2/3

t2-t1≠t3-t2

Therefore, it'll not form an A.P.

(2) In 4n+5

let n =1

∴t1 =4+5=9

let n =2

∴t2= 4(2)+5= 13

let n =3

∴t3= 4(3)+5= 17

here,

t2-t1= 13-9 =4

t4-t2= 17-13= 4

t2-t1=t3-t2

Therefore, it'll form an A.P.

(3) In 2n²+3

let n=1

∴t1 =2+3 =5

let n=2

∴t2 =2(2)²+3= 11

let n=3

∴t3 =2(3)²+3 =21

here,

t2-t1= 11-5= 6

t3-t2= 21-11 = 10

t2-t1≠t3-t2

Therefore, it'll not form an A.P.

(4) In n²-5n

let n 1

∴t1 =2-5 = -3

let n2

∴t2= 2(2)²-5(2)= -2

let n3

∴t3 =2(3)²-5(3)= -3

t2-t1= (-2)-(-3)= -2+3= 1

t3-t2= (-3)-(-2)= -3+2 -1

t2-t1≠t3-t2

Therefore, it'll not form an A.P.
