90 - 61/3

Make denominators same

LCM = 3

90 x 3/3 = 270/3  ;   61/3

So now,

270/3 - 61/3

= 209/3

= 69 2/3 ( mixed fraction)

Verification:-

= 89 3/3

= 90°

So complementary angle of 20 1/3° is 69 2/3°
