we know that the ratio of sides of similar triangles are equal so,

by thales theorm - AD/DB= AE/EC

=. 6/9 = 8/12

2/3 = 2/3

SO, WE , CAN SE TRIANGLE ADE IS SIMILAR TO TRIANGLE ABC.

SO, DE // BC

SO, WE CAN SAY angle ADE = ABC = 48°

AD/AB = 6/6+9 = 6/15 = 2/5

AE/AC = 8/ AE+ EC = 8/8+12 = 8/20 = 2/5

so ADE IS SIMILAR TO ABC

SO DE BECOMES PARALLEL TO BC

AS DE AND BC are parallel

therefore ABC = 48( corresponding angle)
