this is based on volume expansion concept .
use formula ,
V = V° ( 1 + Y∆T)
let volume of vessel = V
at 0° C volume of liquid = v/6
at 200° C volume of liquid will be = v/5
so, V = v/5
V° = v/6

now,

v/5 = v/6{ 1+ Y(200-0)}
1/5 = 1/6 ( 1+ 200Y)
6/5 = 1+ 200Y
1.2 = 1 + 200Y
0.2 =200Y
Y=0.2/200 = 0.001 /°C

option (b) is correct
