Step-by-step explanation:

g(x)=x-√5=0

             x=√5

g(x) will be factor of p(x) if p(√5)=0

Now,

P(x)=(x)^3-3√5x²-5x+15√5

P(√5)=(√5)^3-3√5(√5)²-5√5+15√5

        =5√5-3√5*5+10√5

        =5√5-15√5+10√5

        =15√5-15√5

        =0

therefore g(x) is factor of p(x).

I hope it helps you
