Answer:

When a coil of wire and a bar magnet are moved in relation to each other, an electric current is produced. ... This current is an induced current and the emf that produces it is an induced emf. An induced emf can also be produced by changing the area of a coil in a constant magnetic field.

here resistivity(d) = Ωm

resistance (R) = 10 Ω

diameter = 0.5mm = 5×10-⁴ m

Area of cross-section (A)

= {π r²)

={3.14×(5×10-⁴)²} m²

={3.14×(25×10 -⁸)}m²

={78.5×10 -⁸}m²

we know that ,

R=dL/A

or L= (R×A)/d

or L = (10Ω × 78.5×10-⁸ m²)/Ωm

or L = 10 ×78.5×10-⁸ m

or L =78.5×10-⁷m

If the diameter is doubled, resistance will be one-fourth.

new resistance= 10/4 ohm = 2.5 Ω

Answer:

IF YOU MOVE A BAR MAGNET TOWARDS A COIL THERE A MAGNETIC FILED WILL BE  GENERATED.(according to FARADAY DISCOVERY).

If the diameter is doubled the resistance will be halved. (area of cross section is inversely proportional to resitance)

HOPE IT IS HELPFULL......
