Answer:

Given:

cos∅cos(90°-∅)/tan(90°-∅)+cos∅sin(90°-∅

Important formulas which you have to follow to calculate this:

  • sin(90°-∅)=cos∅ cot∅=1/tan
  • cos(90°-∅)=sin∅ sin²∅+cos²∅=1
  • tan(90°-∅)=cot∅
  • cot(90°-∅)=tan∅

Process:

cos∅cos(90°-∅)/tan(90°-∅)+cos∅sin(90°-∅)

=cos∅sin∅/cot∅+cos∅cos∅

=cos∅sin∅×sin∅/cos∅+cos²∅

=sin²∅+cos²∅(cos∅ and cos∅ cancel out)

=1

It is your answer.Hope you understand.
