Using,

(a - b) ^{2}  =  {a}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  - 2ab

We get,

 =  { (\frac{x}{5}) }^{2}  +  { (\frac{y}{6} )}^{2}  - 2( \frac{x}{5} )( \frac{y}{6} ) \\  =  \frac{ {x}^{2} }{25}  +  \frac{ {y}^{2} }{36}  -  \frac{xy}{15}
