AREA OF RECTANGLE = LENGTH  X BREATH

BREADTH = \frac{AREA-OF-RECTANGLE}{LENGTH}

(1) AREA= 315mm²

    length=21mm

BREADTH= \frac{AREA-OF-RECTANGLE}{LENGTH}

BREADTH =\frac{315}{21}

BREADTH=15mm

(2)AREA=4\frac{5}{12} =\frac{53}{12}

LENGTH=3\frac{25}{27}  =\frac{106}{27}

BREADTH= \frac{AREA-OF-RECTANGLE}{LENGTH}

BREADTH= 53/12 ÷106/27

BREADTH =53/12×27/106

BREATH =1/12 ×27/2

BREADTH =27/24
