ANSWER:-

Arun initial investment = 24000 × 12= 288000

Later Arun has invested 12000 more

Let he invested 12000 for x month, i;e 12000x

Total investment of Arun = 288000 + 12000x

Ajay's total investment = 30000 × 12 = 36000

Total profit = 14030

Arun's profit share = 7130 ( Given)

Ajay's profit share = 14030 - 7130 = 6900

We know that ,Ratio of capital investment = ratio of profit share

7130/6900

= 713/690

 \frac{arun \:s \: total \: invesment}{ajay \: s \: \: total \: invesment }

(288000 + 12000x)/36000 = 713/690

=> 288+ 12x/12 = 713/23

=> 276x= 8556 - 6624

=> x = 7

Arun invested money after 12-7= 5 months

hope it will help you ✌️
