Answer:

its an identity

 {x}^{3}  -  {y}^{3}  = (x - y)( {x}^{2}  + xy +  {y}^{2} )

So in this identity replace,

x \: by \:  {x}^{ \frac{1}{3} }  \\ and \\ y \: by \:  {x}^{ \frac{ - 1}{3} }

We get

( {x}^{ \frac{1}{3} }  -  {x}^{ \frac{ - 1}{3} } )( {x}^{ \frac{2}{3} }   +   {x}^{ \frac{ 1}{3} }  {x}^{ \frac{ - 1}{3 }}  +  {x}^{ \frac{ - 2}{3} } ) =  {( {x}^{ \frac{1}{3} }) }^{3}  - {( {x}^{ \frac{ - 1}{3} }) }^{3}  = x - x = 0
