 {x}^{ \frac{1}{2} }  =  \sqrt[8]{625}
  {x}^{  \frac{1}{2} }  =  {({5}^{4} )}^{ \frac{1}{8} }
 {x}^{ \frac{1}{2} }  = ( {5})^{4 \times \frac{1}{8} }
 {x}^{ \frac{1}{2} }  =  {5}^{ \frac{1}{2} }
powers are same so bases should be same
x = 5
