Let length =x

and breadth =y

⇒x−y=3

x=y+3

Now x²+y² =225⇒(y+3)² +y² =225

⇒y² +9+6y+y² =225⇒2y²+6y+9−225=0

2y² +6y−216=0

y² +3y−108=0

y= −3± √9+4×108/2 = −3± √441 /2

= −3±21 /2

y= −3−21/2 = −24/2 :y= −3+21/2 = 18/2 =9

=−12

∴y=9 and x=12

∴area=xy=12×9=108m²

Perimeter=2(x+y)=2(9+12)=2×21=42m

Step-by-step explanation:

L-B =3m

L=3+b m

diagonal d=15 m

using Pythagoras theorem,

(AD) ^2=(AC) ^2+(CD) ^2

15^2=B^2+(3+B)^2

225=2B^2+6B+9

B^2+3B-108=O

B=9M

L=12M
