\textbf{ \blue{ Hello Mate! }}

Initial Momentum = mv

But, thing to notice is that its 200g so we will convert it into kg which will be 0.2 kg

Initial p = ( 0.2 kg ) × ( 10 m/s )
\textbf{ \red{ p = 2 kg m/s }}

Final momentum = 0.2 kg × ( - 5 m/s )
\textbf{ \red{ p = - 1 kg m/s }}

Change in momentum = - 1 - 2
= - 3 kg m/s

Have great future ahead!

Simple.

Here,
Mass of the hockey ball, m = 200 g = 200g= 0.2 kg
Initial velocity of the ball, u = 10 ms
Final velocity, v = -5 ms
So, change in momentum = m(v - u)
= 0.2(-5 - 10)
= -3 kg ms

Hope it helps.
