HELLO DEAR :D

 \frac{1}{3 -  \sqrt{11} }

 \frac{1 }{3 -  \sqrt{11} }   \times  \frac{3 +  \sqrt{11} }{3 +  \sqrt{11} }

 \frac{3 +  \sqrt{11} }{9 - 11}

 \frac{3 +  \sqrt{11} }{ - 2}  \\  =  >   \frac{- (3 +  \sqrt{11} ) }{2}

SO THE RATIONALISING FACTOR IS 3+11
