The first power is odd number and the second is even.

therefore they will cancel out each other as

since 200 is last power and is even.

This will give us

-1+1-1+1-1+1.....-1+1

adding brackets

(-1+1)+(-1+1)+(-1+1).......(-1+1)

0+0+0+0+0......+0

Therefore answer is 0.
