HELLO MATE

Step by step explanation:

a)Sin (A-B) =1/2

A-B=30

A=30+B------->(1)

b)Cos (A+B)=1/2

A+B= 60----->(2)

Substitution (1) in (2)

(30+B)+B=60

2B+30=60

2B=60-30

B=30/2

B=15

substitution B in (1)

A=30+15

A=45

A and B are 45,15

GIVEN :

Sin(A - B) = 1/2

Cos(A + B) = 1/2

TO FIND :

Value of A and B

SOLUTION :

Sin(A - B) = 1/2

We know that,

Sin 30° = 1/2

Sin(A - B) = Sin 30

A - B = 30 ----(1)

Cos(A + B) = 1/2

We know that,

Cos 60° = 1/2

Cos(A + B) = Cos 60

A + B = 60 ----(2)

Solve eq - (1) and (2)

A - B + A + B = 30 + 60

2A = 90

A = 90/2

A = 45

Substitute A in eq - 1

A - B = 30

45 - B = 30

-B = 30 - 45

-B = -15

B = 15

Therefore, A and B are 45 and 15 respectively.
