We know refractive Index is Equal to Constant for a pair of media =

 \frac{ \sin(i) }{ \sin(r) }

Here It is given Angles equal to 60° and 45° as the Refractive index can be considered for Medium B with respect to Medium A.

So Answer is

 \frac{ \sin(60) }{ \sin(45) }  =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2}  \div  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{2} }  =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{2} }

So ..Answer is A But It could have been Its reciprocal if The respective of the media have been Changed..Thanks ..Hope it helps..!
