f(x) = 4x^3- 16x^2+ 10x+ k
since 2x-1 is factor of f(x)
so, f(1/2) =0
f(1/2) = 4× (1/2)^3 - 16(1/2)^2 +10×(1/2) +k
0= 1/2 - 4 + 5 + k
k= 4-5-1/2
k= -3/2
