Heya !!!

Let the length of each side of square garden be X m.

Area of square garden = (X)² m

Width is increase by 1 m and length is increased by 3 m.

Width of rectangular garden = ( X +1) m

Length of rectangular garden = ( X +3) m

According to question,

Area of resulting rectangular garden = (Area of square garden ) + 19

Length × Breadth = (X)² + 19

(X+3) × (X+1) = (X)² + 19

X ( X +1) + 3(X +1) = (X)² + 19

X² + X + 3X + 3 = (X)² + 19

X² - X² + X + 3X = 19 -3

4X = 16

X = 16/4

X = 4 m

Length of resulting rectangular garden = (X +3) = (4+3) = 7 m

And,

Breadth of resulting rectangular garden = (X+1) = (4+1) = 5 m
