Jammu and Kashmir has been given special status of their own constitution and private property , no other person who is not the a citizen of J n K could own a property there. This law was equally unpopular and controversial. History has revealed that the laws which bans something of or from people were not that welcomed than the ones which empowers them like the right to information act.
