also angle adb = angle cdb = 90 degree

using pythagoras theorem,

bc^2 = bd^2 + dc^2

ac*dc = bd^2 + dc^2

find bd

similarly

ab^2 = ad^2 + bd^2

hence you will be able to prove bd=bc if you complete this step in the end.
