Sweating is a biological phenomenon by which our body system controls the body temperature.

It is all the matter of temperature control.

When our body temps rise like, say on a day of hot summer or during physical exercise in gym or during playing football.

The eccrine sweat glands of our body act to keep our body temperature stable .

Once the body cross 98.6 degrees, the hypothalamus of brain’s goes off..

This reacts the glands to release a saline water, sodium chloride, and other electrolytes .

When sweat release through the skin’s pores, it evaporates into the air, take out heat as a latent heat of evaporation.

Sweating is a process which is mainly done to regulate the body temperature of the body of the individual. In during summer times we sweat a lot because in summer the body temperature remain high so by sweating by evaporation of the sweat or during exercise when the metabolism is high producing a lot of heat, we sweat so that we can regulate the body temperature.
