Answer: (i) A⊂B

⇒ All elements of A are in B

(ii) A-B=ϕ⇒ All elements of set A which are not in B∈ϕ

⇒ There is no element in set A which is not in B

⇒ All elements of set A are in set B

⇒A⊂B

∴A-B=ϕ⇒A⊂B

(iii) A∪B=B

∵A⊂A∪B

Therefore, A⊂B [∵ Given A∩B=B]

∴A∪B=B⇒A⊂B

(iv) A∩B=A

∵A∩B⊂B

⇒A⊂B [ ∵ Given A∩B=A]

∴A∩B=A⇒A⊂B

Hope it helps!
