 {( - 16)}^{ - 3} \times{ ( \frac{1}{20} ) }^{ - 3} \\ \\ ={ (-16 \times \frac{1}{20} )}^{ - 3} \: \: \: \: \: \: [ \because {a}^{m} \times {b}^{m} = {(ab)}^{m} ] \\ \\ = {(-\frac{4}{5} )}^{ - 3} = {(-\frac{5}{4} )}^{3} \: \: \: \: \: [ \because {a}^{-m}=\frac{1}{{a}^{m}}] \\ \\ = -\frac{125}{64}

(-16)-³×(1/20)-³
=-1/(16)³×20³
=-20³/16³
=-(20/16)³
=-(5/4)³
=-125/64 <<<<<<<<<<<Ans.
