In other countries uniform is not there only. Because all students wear almost same cloth

But here in India it is not possible because there are children of rich and poor people in the same school as a students. The rich people's child will wear good clothes and a child of poor cant and he will think there is partiality in him and other students and then he will not go school.

So there was provision of uniform so that no one have problem.

it is from very old age and cant be changed till a single person will not become rich or able satisfy their basic need.
