Length of the rectangle = 14cm

Breadth of the rectangle = 12cm

Area of the rectangle = length × breadth

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= 14 × 12

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= 168 cm²

Perimeter of the square = 24cm

=> 4 × Side = 24 cm

=> Side = 6cm

Side of the square = 6cm

Area of the square = Side × Side

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= 6 × 6

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= 36 cm²

Area of the piece of paper left

= Area of rectangle - Area of square

= 168 - 36

= 132 cm²

Hope this will help you a lot✌✌✌
