Answer:

x/2 + 2y/3 = -1

3x+4y/6 = -1

3x +4y = -6 .....(1)

x/1 - y/3 = 3

3x - y/3 = 3

3x - y = 9 ......(2)

On subtracting equation 2 from equation 1

So answer is x = -2 and y = -3
