Let their speed be x and y.
In first case., Both drive for 20 minutes or 1/3 hr
X×(1/3)+Y×(1/3)=30
X+Y=90
Second case both drive for 3 hrs but X covers 30 kms more.
X×3=Y×3+30
X-Y=10
Adding above 2 equations.
2X=100
X=50 Y=90-50=40
