 Let, Unit's digit of Number be x
        Ten's digit of Number be y
   and, Hundred's digit of Number be z
 
 We are Given 3 conditions

       1st Condition,
                            x+10y+100z=17(x+y+z)
                            x+10y+100z=17x+17y+17z
                        so, 16x+7y-83z=0 ...........................................(1)
        
       2nd Condition, 
                           x+10y+100z+198=100x+z+10y   (Digits are Interchanged)
                     So,-99x-99z+198=0
                            99(-x-z+2)=0
                                x+z= 2 .....................................................(2)

       3rd Condition, x+z=y-1 .....................................................(3)
